Specialty Courts/Programs

The Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas has several specialty dockets that focus on specific needs. These dockets allow for additional treatment of circumstances that may have contributed to the offense. These factors could include, but are not limited to, mental illness, substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, and post-release needs.
