Justice Center Capital Improvements
In order to fund remodeling, renovating, rehabilitating, furnishing, equipping, and otherwise improving of the facilities of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, General Division, Cuyahoga County will establish a Common Pleas Court General Division Capital Improvement Account in accordance with the Courthouse Capital Funding Agreement. This page provides links to the Executive Summary of the Agreement, the Agreement, and the Administrative Orders signed by Administrative and Presiding Judge Michael P. Shaughnessy. This page will also provide the public with important notices about capital improvement project work in the Justice Center.
