Judge Sheehan Honored As C|M|LAW Alumni of the Year

Judge Brendan J. Sheehan was honored as an Alumni of the Year by the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association during a ceremony on Thursday, May 26, 2022.

“I am going to make a direct ask of everyone in this room—take an opportunity to be a mentor and take the opportunity to seek out a mentor,” Judge Sheehan told the crowd at the Renaissance Hotel. “Because of my mentors and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law community, I stand here before you today, grateful to you all.”

Prior to assuming the bench, Judge Sheehan practiced as a civil and criminal litigator for 14 years. He instructed law enforcement officials across the country on investigation and prosecution of internet crimes.
