30.1 ASSIGNMENT OF CRIMINAL CASES TO THE MENTAL HEALTH & DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY DOCKETS
Comments Requested. The Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, General Division will accept public comments until June 12, 2026, on the following amendments to the Local Rules for Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, General Division, which were approved by the Judges.
Comments on the amendment should be submitted in writing to: Greg Popovich, Court Administrator, Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, General Division, 1200 Ontario Street, 11th Floor, Cleveland, OH 44113, or CPGXP@cuyahogacounty.gov, no later than Friday, June 12, 2026.
